ตามแนวปฏิบัติของกรมการกงสุล กระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ปัจจุบันประเทศไทยยังใช้ระบบนิติกรณ์ (Legalisation) โดยกรมการกงสุล อนุสัญญา Apostille จะมีผลบังคับใช้กับประเทศไทยในวันที่ 28 กุมภาพันธ์ 2570 ในทางปฏิบัติวันนี้ เอกสารนิติบุคคลและสัญญา ที่จะนำไปใช้ตามที่หน่วยงานผู้รับปลายทางกำหนด ต้องผ่านลำดับ (1) ต้นฉบับ/สำเนาที่คัดจากหน่วยงานราชการ (2) แปลโดยนักแปลที่กรมการกงสุลรับได้ (3) รับรองนิติกรณ์ที่กองสัญชาติและนิติกรณ์ (4) รับรองซ้ำที่สถานทูตประเทศปลายทางเมื่อประเทศนั้นยังกำหนด แจ้งประเทศปลายทางและวัตถุประสงค์การใช้งาน เราจะจัดชุด แปล → นิติกรณ์ MFA → สถานทูต ให้ครบในทริปเดียว
