The client contacted us on LINE and sent the originals by tracked courier. Our first step was a document review against the receiving authority's current checklist for Spain, because acceptance rules differ by authority and are revised regularly. We confirmed which certification layers were genuinely required before any work started, so nothing unnecessary was paid for.
Under our MFA / Consular Legalisation workflow we then completed each required layer in the correct order.
