A Korean client based in London, United Kingdom needed a Thai consent letter for a minor's travel accepted for a divorce registration and status update in Canada. We handled the full certification chain end to end.

The client engaged us by email from overseas. Our first step was a document review against the receiving authority's current checklist for Canada, because acceptance rules differ by authority and are revised regularly. We confirmed which certification layers were genuinely required before any work started, so nothing unnecessary was paid for.

Under our NAATI Translation workflow we then completed each required layer in the correct order.
