Name change certificate prepared for overseas professional registration in Norway

A Spanish client based in Paris, France needed a Thai name change certificate accepted for overseas professional registration in Norway. We handled the full certification chain end to end.

The client engaged us by email from overseas. Our first step was a document review against the receiving authority's current checklist for Norway, because acceptance rules differ by authority and are revised regularly. We confirmed which certification layers were genuinely required before any work started, so nothing unnecessary was paid for.

Under our NAATI Translation workflow we then completed each required layer in the correct order. Order matters: a translation certified before the underlying record is re-issued, or an embassy attestation attempted before Ministry of Foreign Affairs legalisation, is routinely rejected and has to be repeated.
