Can I bring a self-drafted contract to a Thai Notary for witnessing?
Here is how NAATI Thailand handles this: We can notarise contract through a Thai Notarial Services Attorney (NSA) licensed by the Lawyers Council of Thailand. Workflow: (1) verify the original and the signatory's ID, (2) attorney witnesses the signature and applies wet ink + embossed seal, (3) bilingual certificate issued, (4) optional chain to MFA legalisation and embassy attestation for domestic use or overseas dispatch as requested — all in one visit if scheduled..
