The approach receiving authorities accept is this: risk control: group the file into identity/status documents, relationship or purpose documents, and financial documents, then apply the same certification level across each group. This makes cross-checking straightforward for the assessing officer and reduces requests for further information. We handle the document side of a visa file only — translation, Notarial Services Attorney certification, MFA legalisation and embassy attestation. We do not give immigration legal advice and never promise an approval outcome. Bundle with a police clearance certificate and NAATI certified translation in one file.
