In brief, before the detail — the most common reasons visa supporting documents get returned are: name spelling that differs from the passport page, Thai/Gregorian date mismatches, unclear official seals or signatures, and certificates issued too long before submission. We check all four before filing and supply an indexed document schedule so the officer can verify each item quickly. Send scans to LINE @NAATI or contact@naati.ltd and our team will confirm the document set and certification route before any work starts.
