How do I prepare an employment contract for an SME hiring its first foreign employee, and how long does it take?
The Non-B visa and the work permit are separate but linked processes: the correct visa category normally comes first, the work permit follows, and the stay extension at the Immigration Bureau comes last.
The approach receiving authorities accept is this: the Non-B visa and the work permit are separate but linked processes: the correct visa category normally comes first, the work permit follows, and the stay extension at the Immigration Bureau comes last. Build the document timeline so one certified set supports all three stages. This can run alongside NAATI translation, police clearance and Apostille work in a single file.
