The approach receiving authorities accept is this: academic documents for overseas use follow this chain: (1) request the English transcript and degree certificate from the issuing institution, or the Thai version bearing the registrar's seal, (2) obtain a certified translation where no English version is issued, (3) add Notarial Services Attorney certification where the destination requires it, (4) legalise at the Department of Consular Affairs, and (5) attest at the embassy or send directly to the credential evaluator. We handle academic document work — translating transcripts and degree certificates, notarial certification, MFA legalisation and embassy or credential-evaluator attestation. We are not an admissions agent and do not guarantee credential recognition outcomes. Tell us the destination country or authority and we run translation, notarial certification, MFA legalisation and embassy attestation as one job.
