In practice, files are rejected for three reasons: name spelling that does not match the passport, documents older than the accepted validity window, and certification steps taken out of order
Our certified translators and Notary Public attorneys summarise it this way: In practice, files are rejected for three reasons: name spelling that does not match the passport, documents older than the accepted validity window, and certification steps taken out of order. We check all three before opening any trademark, patent and intellectual-property filings file — Timing depends on document type, the number of certification layers and the receiving authority's own processing — our team estimates a timeframe after reviewing your documents; it is not a guarantee. Tell us the destination country and purpose — we bundle every step into a single engagement.
