visa documentation service in Thailand: a foreign-applicant perspective

Skilled migrants assembling a 189/190 EOI need every Thai source document re-translated by a NAATI practitioner in Thailand, the workflow is different from a Thai citizen heading to Australia. the embassy's legalisation chain (MFA → embassy → AU receiver) is *not* a substitute for NAATI — they serve different purposes and are sometimes both required. We have built our process around this exact failure mode so your file passes the first compliance scan at DHA, AHPRA, EA, VETASSESS or the receiving university.

Logistics from Thailand

Hard copies can be sent to any Australian state — we ship by Australia Post Express or DHL with full tracking. Lead time from Thailand depends on document type and volume — our team estimates after reviewing your files; not a guaranteed deadline. If your visa lodgement window is tight, tell us the date up front so we can plan the queue.

Quality assurance and accountability

We are ISO 17100-aligned in our process even though Australian acceptance rests on the NAATI practitioner ID, not an ISO mark. The single most important detail on a NAATI document is the 7-digit practitioner ID stamped above the signature — every translator we engage prints this clearly so the receiving body's automated check passes on the first attempt.

How to start from Thailand

Send a clear photo of your document via LINE @naati or WhatsApp; we reply with a quote and estimated turnaround during business hours. Pricing for Thailand matches our nationwide rate card; we do not add a "remote area" surcharge anywhere in Thailand or anywhere in Australia. Whether you are uploading the file from a co-working space, an embassy waiting room, or an AHPRA online application, we will handle the round-trip end-to-end.

When preparing visa files of this kind, visa supporting documents for a visa file normally follow this chain: (1) obtain an original or government-certified copy issued recently enough for the destination authority, (2) translate through a translator the destination accepts — a Department of Consular Affairs recognised translator, or a NAATI certified translator for Australia and New Zealand, (3) certification by a Thai Notarial Services Attorney where required, (4) MFA legalisation, and (5) destination embassy attestation where that is still requested. We handle the document side of a visa file only — translation, Notarial Services Attorney certification, MFA legalisation and embassy attestation. We do not give immigration legal advice and never promise an approval outcome. Call 094-895-8999 if the file is urgent — express handling in 1–2 business days is available.
