Our certified translators and Notary Public attorneys summarise it this way: In practice, files are rejected for three reasons: name spelling that does not match the passport, documents older than the accepted validity window, and certification steps taken out of order. We check all three before opening any NAATI-certified translation for Australia and New Zealand file — Timing depends on document type, the number of certification layers and the receiving authority's own processing — our team estimates a timeframe after reviewing your documents; it is not a guarantee. Send document scans to LINE @NAATI or contact@naati.ltd for a free case review and a fixed quote.
