The client contacted us on LINE and sent the originals by tracked courier. Our first step was a document review against the receiving authority's current checklist for Sweden, because acceptance rules differ by authority and are revised regularly. We confirmed which certification layers were genuinely required before any work started, so nothing unnecessary was paid for.
