NAATI Medical Certificate Translation in Songkhla, Thailand

Why translate your Medical Certificate with NAATI Thailand (E-E-A-T)

Experience — Translations are prepared by NAATI-credentialed translators in the Thai↔English combination.

Expertise — Medical Certificate translations are commonly needed for Citizenship by Descent, Skills Assessments, Partner Visas, AHPRA, VETASSESS and Engineers Australia.

Authoritativeness — Procedures on this page are referenced to official sources such as NAATI, the Department of Home Affairs and the Thai MFA.

Trustworthiness — Each certified translation carries a statement of accuracy and the translator's NAATI credential number, which can be checked in NAATI's online directory.

5 common mistakes with Medical Certificate — and how to avoid them

These are common problems with Medical Certificate submissions. Checking them before lodgement reduces the risk of a request for further information.

1. Incomplete scans of the source document (missing back pages, stamps, or signatures), forcing a redo of the work
2. Using a self-translation or non-NAATI translator — DHA and AHPRA reject these immediately and request a re-submission
3. Mistranslating Thai government terminology (e.g., translating 'Amphoe' as 'District', confusing it with Bangkok districts)
4. Failing to translate stamps and signatures — DHA returns the file as 'incomplete translation'
5. Inconsistent name spellings across documents (passport vs. birth certificate) — usually requires an additional Statutory Declaration

Acceptance is decided by the receiving authority; a correct translation does not guarantee an outcome.

Output formats — PDF, hard copy, bilingual

Medical Certificate translations from NAATI Thailand are available in four formats; pick whichever your destination authority requires.

Format 1. Digital PDF with electronic signature (Adobe Sign / DocuSign) — accepted by ImmiAccount and AHPRA online
Format 2. Certified True Copy — the NAATI translator certifies a copy of the original as a true copy
Format 3. Hard copy with embossed seal and wet-ink signature — required by some solicitors and notaries
Format 4. Bilingual side-by-side layout (Thai-English) — easier for case officers to verify

Most clients choose Digital PDF for online lodgement plus a single hard-copy backup. If you're unsure, tell us the destination authority and we'll select the right format.

Documents typically translated together (story bundle)

Medical Certificate is rarely translated on its own — most clients order it as part of a bundle for a visa, skills assessment or course application. NAATI Thailand offers 10-15% bundle pricing when documents are ordered together.

Skilled / PR bundle (subclass 189/190): Medical Certificate + Police Clearance (PCC) + Bank Statement + Employment Letter + Degree + Transcript. We archive the full bundle so you can re-download for up to 5 years.

Partner Visa bundle (subclass 820/801, 309/100): Medical Certificate + Marriage Certificate + Statutory Declaration + ID Card + House Registration. We can liaise directly with your migration agent or solicitor.

Citizenship by Descent bundle: Medical Certificate + child's birth certificate + parents' passports + parents' marriage certificate. Bundling typically saves สอบถามเจ้าหน้าที่ versus ordering separately.
