The client authorised a relative in Thailand to coordinate. Our first step was a document review against the receiving authority's current checklist for South Korea, because acceptance rules differ by authority and are revised regularly. We confirmed which certification layers were genuinely required before any work started, so nothing unnecessary was paid for.
