A Vietnamese client based in Tokyo, Japan needed a Thai driving licence accepted for a visitor visa application in Denmark. We handled the full certification chain end to end.
The client was introduced through their employer's HR team. Our first step was a document review against the receiving authority's current checklist for Denmark, because acceptance rules differ by authority and are revised regularly. We confirmed which certification layers were genuinely required before any work started, so nothing unnecessary was paid for.
Under our Visa documents workflow we then completed each required layer in the correct order. Order matters: a translation certified before the underlying record is re-issued, or an embassy attestation attempted before Ministry of Foreign Affairs legalisation, is routinely rejected and has to be repeated.
Before hand-over we checked names, dates, spellings against the passport, seal placement and page numbering, and delivered the completed set by tracked courier or in person at our Lat Phrao office in Bangkok.

Complication and resolution

How it was resolved: we identified the reason for the rejection and re-issued the translation in the required format with a compliant translator's certificate.
