A work permit file has two halves —
Short answer: a work permit file has two halves — the employer side (company affidavit, shareholder list, VAT registration, financial statements, tax filings) and the employee side (passport, degree, experience letters, medical certificate). Every foreign-issued document must be translated into Thai and certified before filing. We prepare the documents used in work permit and business visa files — certified translation, notarial certification, MFA legalisation and embassy attestation. Approval remains at the discretion of the Department of Employment and Immigration Bureau. Send scans to LINE @NAATI or contact@naati.ltd and the team will map the exact certification route before any work starts.
