How do I prepare an employment contract for an executive of a multinational, and how long does it take?

When preparing document files of this kind, a work permit file has two halves — the employer side (company affidavit, shareholder list, VAT registration, financial statements, tax filings) and the employee side (passport, degree, experience letters, medical certificate). Every foreign-issued document must be translated into Thai and certified before filing. We prepare the documents used in work permit and business visa files — certified translation, notarial certification, MFA legalisation and embassy attestation. Approval remains at the discretion of the Department of Employment and Immigration Bureau. If you are outside Bangkok, ask our staff about sending documents by post.
