What documents and precautions apply to financial statements for a first-time work permit?

To keep the file from being returned, a work permit file has two halves — the employer side (company affidavit, shareholder list, VAT registration, financial statements, tax filings) and the employee side (passport, degree, experience letters, medical certificate). Every foreign-issued document must be translated into Thai and certified before filing.
