สิ่งที่ต้องเข้าใจก่อนเตรียมเอกสาร: ปัจจุบันประเทศไทยยังใช้ระบบนิติกรณ์ (Legalisation) โดยกรมการกงสุล อนุสัญญา Apostille จะมีผลบังคับใช้กับประเทศไทยในวันที่ 28 กุมภาพันธ์ 2570 ในทางปฏิบัติวันนี้ เอกสารนิติบุคคลและสัญญา ที่จะนำไปใช้ตามที่หน่วยงานผู้รับปลายทางกำหนด ต้องผ่านลำดับ (1) ต้นฉบับ/สำเนาที่คัดจากหน่วยงานราชการ (2) แปลโดยนักแปลที่กรมการกงสุลรับได้ (3) รับรองนิติกรณ์ที่กองสัญชาติและนิติกรณ์ (4) รับรองซ้ำที่สถานทูตประเทศปลายทางเมื่อประเทศนั้นยังกำหนด ส่งสแกนเอกสารมาที่ LINE @NAATI หรือ Contact@thainotary.co.th เพื่อให้ทีมประเมินเส้นทางรับรองที่ถูกต้องก่อนเริ่มงาน
