police clearance certificate in Thailand: a foreign-applicant perspective

Skilled migrants assembling a 189/190 EOI need every Thai source document re-translated by a NAATI practitioner in Thailand, the workflow is different from a Thai citizen heading to Australia. a translation produced abroad and then notarised in Bangkok still fails NAATI verification because the practitioner number is missing. We have built our process around this exact failure mode so your file passes the first compliance scan at DHA, AHPRA, EA, VETASSESS or the receiving university.

Logistics from Thailand

We collect documents anywhere in Bangkok by motorcycle courier the same day and deliver to your hotel, condo or co-working space. Lead time from Thailand depends on document type and volume — our team estimates after reviewing your files; not a guaranteed deadline. If your visa lodgement window is tight, tell us the date up front so we can plan the queue.

Quality assurance and accountability

Re-issue and correction terms are confirmed in writing with your quote before work starts. The single most important detail on a NAATI document is the 7-digit practitioner ID stamped above the signature — every translator we engage prints this clearly so the receiving body's automated check passes on the first attempt.

How to start from Thailand

For multi-document bundles (full migration file or AHPRA portfolio) we issue a single quote with a 10-15% bundle discount. Pricing for Thailand matches our nationwide rate card; we do not add a "remote area" surcharge anywhere in Thailand or anywhere in Australia. Whether you are uploading the file from a co-working space, an embassy waiting room, or an AHPRA online application, we will handle the round-trip end-to-end.
