Name change certificate prepared for registering a company or branch overseas in Sweden

A Swiss client based in Suphan Buri, Thailand needed a Thai name change certificate accepted for registering a company or branch overseas in Sweden. We handled the full certification chain end to end.

The client contacted us on LINE and sent the originals by tracked courier. Our first step was a document review against the receiving authority's current checklist for Sweden, because acceptance rules differ by authority and are revised regularly.
