How do I prepare a power of attorney for changing employer, and how long does it take?
A work permit file has two halves —
What to understand before you start collecting documents: a work permit file has two halves — the employer side (company affidavit, shareholder list, VAT registration, financial statements, tax filings) and the employee side (passport, degree, experience letters, medical certificate). Every foreign-issued document must be translated into Thai and certified before filing. We prepare the documents used in work permit and business visa files — certified translation, notarial certification, MFA legalisation and embassy attestation. Approval remains at the discretion of the Department of Employment and Immigration Bureau. Call 094-895-8999 if the deadline is tight — our team will check the current queue and estimate timing before work starts, without promising a delivery date.
