Company affidavit prepared for an adoption filing in Japan

A Swiss client based in Ratchaburi, Thailand needed a Thai company affidavit accepted for an adoption filing in Japan. We handled the full certification chain end to end.

The client contacted us on LINE and sent the originals by tracked courier. Our first step was a document review against the receiving authority's current checklist for Japan, because acceptance rules differ by authority and are revised regularly. We confirmed which certification layers were genuinely required before any work started, so nothing unnecessary was paid for.

Under our Corporate & Business Document Legalisation workflow we then completed each required layer in the correct order. Order matters: a translation certified before the underlying record is re-issued, or an embassy attestation attempted before Ministry of Foreign Affairs legalisation, is routinely rejected and has to be repeated.
