A Dutch client based in Singapore needed a Thai death certificate accepted for a permanent residency application in Spain. We handled the full certification chain end to end.
The client engaged us by email from overseas. Our first step was a document review against the receiving authority's current checklist for Spain, because acceptance rules differ by authority and are revised regularly. We confirmed which certification layers were genuinely required before any work started, so nothing unnecessary was paid for.
Under our Marriage, Divorce & Single-Status Documents workflow we then completed each required layer in the correct order. Order matters: a translation certified before the underlying record is re-issued, or an embassy attestation attempted before Ministry of Foreign Affairs legalisation, is routinely rejected and has to be repeated.
Before hand-over we checked names, dates, spellings against the passport, seal placement and page numbering, and delivered the completed set by tracked courier or in person at our Lat Phrao office in Bangkok.

Complication and resolution

How it was resolved: we prepared a name-variation note alongside the translation and cross-referenced the civil-registry document numbers so every page matched.
