In brief, before the detail — marriage, divorce and single-status paperwork normally follows this chain: (1) obtain a current civil-registration extract from the district registrar, (2) translate into the language the destination requires using a translator it accepts, (3) have the translation or signature certified by a Thai Notarial Services Attorney where required, (4) legalise at the Department of Consular Affairs, and (5) attest again at the spouse's embassy when that is still requested. We handle the document side of marriage, divorce and single-status matters — certified translation, Notarial Services Attorney certification, MFA legalisation and embassy attestation. We do not act as family-law counsel. Send scans to LINE @NAATI or contact@naati.ltd and the team will map the exact certification route before any work starts.
