How do I prepare a Thai ID card for an Australian partner visa subclass 309/100, and how long does it take?
For divorce the core records are the divorce certificate (Kor Ror 7) and register (Kor Ror 6), or the court judgment with a certificate of finality.
Short answer: for divorce the core records are the divorce certificate (Kor Ror 7) and register (Kor Ror 6), or the court judgment with a certificate of finality. The same translation and legalisation chain applies. For Apostille Convention states, confirm whether the destination accepts an Apostille or still asks for embassy attestation. If you are outside Bangkok, ask our staff about sending documents by post.
