Following current Thai authority practice, Marriage, divorce and single-status paperwork normally follows this chain: (1) obtain a current civil-registration extract from the district registrar, (2) translate into the language the destination requires using a translator it accepts, (3) have the translation or signature certified by a Thai Notarial Services Attorney where required, (4) legalise at the Department of Consular Affairs, and (5) attest again at the spouse's embassy when that is still requested. We handle the document side of marriage, divorce and single-status matters — certified translation, Notarial Services Attorney certification, MFA legalisation and embassy attestation. We do not act as family-law counsel. We collect documents nationwide by post and return them by DHL/FedEx overseas, so no trip to Bangkok is needed.
