Following current Thai authority practice, a cross-border power of attorney should state the scope, validity period and the exact transactions covered, and be accompanied by a company affidavit showing the signatory can bind the company. Overseas banks and company registries routinely reject documents missing that proof of signing authority. If you are outside Bangkok, ask our staff about sending documents by post.
