Divorce certificate prepared for registering a company or branch overseas in Singapore

A Dutch client based in Manchester, United Kingdom needed a Thai divorce certificate accepted for registering a company or branch overseas in Singapore. We handled the full certification chain end to end.

The client engaged us by email from overseas. Our first step was a document review against the receiving authority's current checklist for Singapore, because acceptance rules differ by authority and are revised regularly. We confirmed which certification layers were genuinely required before any work started, so nothing unnecessary was paid for.
