In brief, before the detail — thai corporate records used abroad follow this chain: (1) pull the current company affidavit, shareholder list and financial statements from the Department of Business Development, (2) translate through a translator the destination accepts, (3) have the translation or the director's signature certified by a Notarial Services Attorney, (4) legalise at the Department of Consular Affairs, and (5) attest at the destination embassy where required. We handle corporate document work — translating company affidavits, DBD filings, financial statements and powers of attorney, plus notarial certification, MFA legalisation and embassy attestation. We do not provide transactional legal opinions or audit services. Send scans to LINE @NAATI or contact@naati.ltd and the team will map the exact certification route before any work starts.
