What documents and precautions apply to a marriage licence (Kor Ror 3) for a Japanese spouse visa?
For divorce the core records are the divorce certificate (Kor Ror 7) and register (Kor Ror 6), or the court judgment with a certificate of finality.
Short answer: for divorce the core records are the divorce certificate (Kor Ror 7) and register (Kor Ror 6), or the court judgment with a certificate of finality. The same translation and legalisation chain applies. For Apostille Convention states, confirm whether the destination accepts an Apostille or still asks for embassy attestation. This can run alongside NAATI translation, police clearance and Apostille work in a single file.
