Can a NAATI certified translator translate Thai witness testimonies for international litigation?

Here is how NAATI Thailand handles this: We translate the document through a NAATI Certified Practitioner registered with the Australian government. Workflow: (1) receive a clear scan of the original, (2) translator drafts under the NAATI Code of Ethics, (3) NAATI stamp + certification signature applied, (4) PDF + hard copy delivered for submission to Australian or New Zealand authorities without a return trip. Always specify the visa subclass and receiving authority so we format the translation to their exact requirements.
