Apostille Company Affidavit / Certificate for Hong Kong (PRC) 🇭🇰

Company Affidavit / Certificate Apostille for Hong Kong (PRC) — end-to-end workflow

NAATI Thailand operates a dedicated Apostille desk for the Thai Company Affidavit / Certificate (issued by Department of Business Development), with end-to-end delivery to Hong Kong (PRC) 🇭🇰. We translate, notarise and walk the file through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at Chaeng Watthana under one job number — the workflow most consulates, universities and immigration officers in Hong Kong (PRC) expect to see.

Why Apostille (not Embassy Legalisation) for Hong Kong (PRC) — Thailand deposited its instrument of accession to the Hague Apostille Convention on 30 June 2026, with entry into force for Thailand on 28 February 2027. Hong Kong (PRC) is a Hague member, which means a single Thai MFA legalization stamp replaces the previous Embassy-of-Hong Kong (PRC) legalisation step. The chain is shorter, the cost is lower, and the apostille is internationally verifiable from a register number.

Certified translation requirement — Receiving authorities in Hong Kong (PRC) require the Company Affidavit / Certificate in อังกฤษ/จีน. The translation must be performed by a Notarised + Apostille. We allocate the job to a senior translator with at least 8 years of certified-translation experience; the file is bilingually proofread by a second linguist before notarisation.

Document preparation before MFA — หนังสือรับรองตัวจริง (อายุไม่เกิน 30 วัน) + แปล + Notary. ต้องขอใหม่ทุกครั้ง — อายุ 30 วันเท่านั้น. We confirm the romanised spelling of your name against your passport bio-page in writing before drafting, so the apostilled translation matches every other Hong Kong (PRC)-side filing (visa, civil registry, university, professional council).

Why receiving authorities accept our package — Each apostilled bundle leaves our chambers with: original Thai document (or certified true copy), certified อังกฤษ/จีน translation on letterhead with translator's signature and stamp, Notary Public seal certifying the translator's signature, MFA legalization on the translation (and original where required), and a numbered certificate of accuracy. This is the exact stack Hong Kong (PRC) consulates, civil registries and the receiving authority routinely accept.
