How do I apostille a Thai Company Affidavit / Certificate for Saudi Arabia?
NAATI Thailand handles the full Thai-Apostille workflow for the Company Affidavit / Certificate destined for Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦: (1) certified translation by a registered translator into อาหรับ, (2) Notary Public certification of the translator's signature, (3) MFA legalization at the Department of Consular Affairs (Chaeng Watthana). Thailand deposited its instrument of accession to the Hague Apostille Convention on 30 June 2026, with entry into force for Thailand on 28 February 2027, until then, embassy legalisation may still be required for Saudi Arabia — confirm the current chain with the receiving authority. Package quoted on request, turnaround 7 วันทำการ. Scan-first via LINE @NAATI from anywhere in Thailand or overseas.

Company Affidavit / Certificate Apostille for Saudi Arabia — end-to-end workflow
NAATI Thailand operates a dedicated Apostille desk for the Thai Company Affidavit / Certificate (issued by Department of Business Development), with end-to-end delivery to Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦. We translate, notarise and walk the file through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at Chaeng Watthana under one job number — the workflow most consulates, universities and immigration officers in Saudi Arabia expect to see.
Why Apostille (not Embassy Legalisation) for Saudi Arabia — Thailand deposited its instrument of accession to the Hague Apostille Convention on 30 June 2026, with entry into force for Thailand on 28 February 2027. Saudi Arabia is a Hague member, which means a single Thai MFA legalization stamp replaces the previous Embassy-of-Saudi Arabia legalisation step. The chain is shorter, the cost is lower, and the apostille is internationally verifiable from a register number.
Certified translation requirement — Receiving authorities in Saudi Arabia require the Company Affidavit / Certificate in อาหรับ. The translation must be performed by a Sworn Translator + Apostille. We allocate the job to a senior translator with at least 8 years of certified-translation experience; the file is bilingually proofread by a second linguist before notarisation.
Document preparation before MFA — หนังสือรับรองตัวจริง (อายุไม่เกิน 30 วัน) + แปล + Notary. ต้องขอใหม่ทุกครั้ง — อายุ 30 วันเท่านั้น. We confirm the romanised spelling of your name against your passport bio-page in writing before drafting, so the apostilled translation matches every other Saudi Arabia-side filing (visa, civil registry, university, professional council).

Saudi Arabia.
Why receiving authorities accept our package — Each apostilled bundle leaves our chambers with: original Thai document (or certified true copy), certified อาหรับ translation on letterhead with translator's signature and stamp, Notary Public seal certifying the translator's signature, MFA legalization on the translation (and original where required), and a numbered certificate of accuracy. This is the exact stack Saudi Arabia consulates, civil registries and the receiving authority routinely accept.

Tell us the receiving authority by name so we can pick the correct certification template. Allow 7 วันทำการ for the full chain.
