Court Judgment / Order Apostille for Australia — end-to-end workflow
NAATI Thailand operates a dedicated Apostille desk for the Thai Court Judgment / Order (issued by Court of Justice), with end-to-end delivery to Australia 🇦🇺. We translate, notarise and walk the file through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at Chaeng Watthana under one job number — the workflow most consulates, universities and immigration officers in Australia expect to see.
Why Apostille (not Embassy Legalisation) for Australia — Thailand deposited its instrument of accession to the Hague Apostille Convention on 30 June 2026, with entry into force for Thailand on 28 February 2027. Australia is a Hague member, which means a single Thai MFA legalization stamp replaces the previous Embassy-of-Australia legalisation step. The chain is shorter, the cost is lower, and the apostille is internationally verifiable from a register number.
