Unlike civil-law countries that use government notaries, Thailand delegates notarial functions to specially trained attorneys, whose seal and signature are recognised by Thai authorities, foreign embassies, and apostille-issuing offices around the world.
For ผู้ที่มีทรัพย์สินในต่างประเทศ; ผู้สูงอายุที่ต้องการจัดการมรดก; ผู้ที่มีคู่สมรสต่างชาติ, a properly executed Will / Last Testament Notarization is the gateway document to nearly every cross-border transaction. Without this seal, foreign authorities will reject your file outright.
