Police Clearance Certificate Apostille for Saint Lucia — end-to-end workflow
NAATI Thailand operates a dedicated Apostille desk for the Thai Police Clearance Certificate (issued by Royal Thai Police HQ), with end-to-end delivery to Saint Lucia 🇱🇨. We translate, notarise and walk the file through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at Chaeng Watthana under one job number — the workflow most consulates, universities and immigration officers in Saint Lucia expect to see.
Why Apostille (not Embassy Legalisation) for Saint Lucia — Thailand deposited its instrument of accession to the Hague Apostille Convention on 30 June 2026, with entry into force for Thailand on 28 February 2027. Saint Lucia is a Hague member, which means a single Thai MFA legalization stamp replaces the previous Embassy-of-Saint Lucia legalisation step. The chain is shorter, the cost is lower, and the apostille is internationally verifiable from a register number.
Certified translation requirement — Receiving authorities in Saint Lucia require the Police Clearance Certificate in English. The translation must be performed by a Notarised + Apostille. We allocate the job to a senior translator with at least 8 years of certified-translation experience; the file is bilingually proofread by a second linguist before notarisation.
Document preparation before MFA — PCC ตัวจริง + แปลอังกฤษโดย Sworn + Notary + การรับรองนิติกรณ์ MFA. PCC มีอายุ 3–6 เดือน — Apostille รวดเร็วตามคิวของหน่วยงาน. We confirm the romanised spelling of your name against your passport bio-page in writing before drafting, so the apostilled translation matches every other Saint Lucia-side filing (visa, civil registry, university, professional council).

Why receiving authorities accept our package — Each apostilled bundle leaves our chambers with: original Thai document (or certified true copy), certified English translation on letterhead with translator's signature and stamp, Notary Public seal certifying the translator's signature, MFA legalization on the translation (and original where required), and a numbered certificate of accuracy. This is the exact stack Saint Lucia consulates, civil registries and the receiving authority routinely accept.
