Unlike civil-law countries that use government notaries, Thailand delegates notarial functions to specially trained attorneys, whose seal and signature are recognised by Thai authorities, foreign embassies, and apostille-issuing offices around the world.
For บริษัทไทยที่ต้องส่งโครงสร้างผู้ถือหุ้นให้ธนาคาร/นักลงทุนต่างประเทศ; บริษัทขอวีซ่านักลงทุนให้ผู้ถือหุ้น, a properly executed BOJ.5 Shareholder List Notarization is the gateway document to nearly every cross-border transaction. Without this seal, foreign authorities will reject your file outright.
