From document drafting to final notarial certification, the standard turnaround in Thailand (nationwide) is 1 วันทำการ. Mobile notarisation — where our attorney travels to your home, hotel, condominium, or office — is available 24/7 with a service fee quoted on request within the inner-Bangkok zone and scaling to quoted on request for outer districts and provincial trips. The base notarial fee for a Signature Authentication / Acknowledgment is price on request, and this includes the attorney's appearance, the notarial certificate in English, ribbon-and-eyelet binding, and a digitally signed PDF copy delivered by email within four hours of completion.
For clients planning to use the document outside Thailand, we coordinate the downstream MFA (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) legalisation at Chaeng Watthana — typically 1 to 3 business days — and, where required, the destination embassy's authentication. Our end-to-end "Notary → MFA → Embassy → Courier" package eliminates queue time entirely; you simply approve the draft, attend the signature ceremony in Thailand (nationwide), and receive the fully executed bundle by EMS, Kerry, or DHL anywhere in the world.
