Police Clearance Certificate Apostille for Saint Vincent and the Grenadines — end-to-end workflow
NAATI Thailand operates a dedicated Apostille desk for the Thai Police Clearance Certificate (issued by Royal Thai Police HQ), with end-to-end delivery to Saint Vincent and the Grenadines 🇻🇨. We translate, notarise and walk the file through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at Chaeng Watthana under one job number — the workflow most consulates, universities and immigration officers in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines expect to see.
Why Apostille (not Embassy Legalisation) for Saint Vincent and the Grenadines — Thailand deposited its instrument of accession to the Hague Apostille Convention on 30 June 2026, with entry into force for Thailand on 28 February 2027. Saint Vincent and the Grenadines is a Hague member, which means a single Thai MFA legalization stamp replaces the previous Embassy-of-Saint Vincent and the Grenadines legalisation step. The chain is shorter, the cost is lower, and the apostille is internationally verifiable from a register number.
Certified translation requirement — Receiving authorities in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines require the Police Clearance Certificate in English. The translation must be performed by a Notarised + Apostille. We allocate the job to a senior translator with at least 8 years of certified-translation experience; the file is bilingually proofread by a second linguist before notarisation.
