Notarised BOJ.5 Shareholder List Notarization for clients in Trat

What is a Notarized BOJ.5 Shareholder List Notarization in Thailand?

A notarized BOJ.5 Shareholder List Notarization in Thailand is a private legal instrument signed before a Notarial Services Attorney — a Thai-licensed lawyer registered with the Lawyers Council of Thailand under the Notarial Services Attorney Regulation B.E. 2546 (2003). Unlike civil-law countries that use government notaries, Thailand delegates notarial functions to specially trained attorneys, whose seal and signature are recognised by Thai authorities, foreign embassies, and apostille-issuing offices around the world.

Without this seal, foreign authorities will reject your file outright.
