Can the notarial attorney attend our closing at a Bangkok law firm or hotel suite?
Yes. On-site attendance at CBD law firms, hotel conference rooms and serviced offices in Sukhumvit, Sathorn, Silom, Asoke and Ploenchit is standard for deal-room work. Attendance fee is quoted per matter.
Do you support notarisation of documents to be legalised at MFA Chaeng Wattana and then destination-country consulates?
Yes. We operate a single-window chain: notarisation → MFA Consular Affairs (Chaeng Wattana) → destination embassy (US, UK, AU, JP, DE, FR, IT, KR, CN, IN and 40+ others). Chain-of-custody is documented end-to-end.
Which languages can the notarial attorney work in without a separate interpreter?
The attending attorney works in Thai and English. For Japanese, Mandarin, Korean, German, French and Arabic we schedule an accredited interpreter (NAATI or MOJ-listed) at the same session — no rebooking required.
Is the notarised document accepted overseas without further authentication?
In Hague Apostille jurisdictions (Thailand acceded 2024-12-30) a notarised document plus MFA apostille is directly accepted. In non-Hague jurisdictions the destination embassy in Bangkok issues the final consular legalisation.
How do you handle confidentiality on deal documents?
All attending attorneys are bound by Lawyers Act B.E. 2528 professional secrecy. Deal-specific NDAs are executed on request before any document is reviewed.
Can you invoice a foreign parent entity in USD/EUR/SGD/GBP?
Yes. We invoice from a Thai-registered legal-services entity and can bill in THB, USD, EUR, SGD or GBP with SWIFT wire details.
