Apostille Company Affidavit / Certificate for Netherlands 🇳🇱

Company Affidavit / Certificate Apostille for Netherlands — end-to-end workflow

NAATI Thailand operates a dedicated Apostille desk for the Thai Company Affidavit / Certificate (issued by Department of Business Development), with end-to-end delivery to Netherlands 🇳🇱. We translate, notarise and walk the file through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at Chaeng Watthana under one job number — the workflow most consulates, universities and immigration officers in Netherlands expect to see.

Why Apostille (not Embassy Legalisation) for Netherlands — Thailand deposited its instrument of accession to the Hague Apostille Convention on 30 June 2026, with entry into force for Thailand on 28 February 2027. Netherlands is a Hague member, which means a single Thai MFA legalization stamp replaces the previous Embassy-of-Netherlands legalisation step. The chain is shorter, the cost is lower, and the apostille is internationally verifiable from a register number.

Certified translation requirement — Receiving authorities in Netherlands require the Company Affidavit / Certificate in ดัตช์ (Beëdigde Vertaling). The translation must be performed by a Beëdigd Vertaler (Wbtv) + Apostille. We allocate the job to a senior translator with at least 8 years of certified-translation experience; the file is bilingually proofread by a second linguist before notarisation.

Document preparation before MFA — หนังสือรับรองตัวจริง (อายุไม่เกิน 30 วัน) + แปล + Notary. ต้องขอใหม่ทุกครั้ง — อายุ 30 วันเท่านั้น. We confirm the romanised spelling of your name against your passport bio-page in writing before drafting, so the apostilled translation matches every other Netherlands-side filing (visa, civil registry, university, professional council).

Typical use cases in Netherlands — เปิดสาขาต่างประเทศ; เซ็นสัญญา cross-border; ประมูลงานต่างประเทศ; Marriage Registration; Spouse Visa; Student Visa.

Why receiving authorities accept our package — Each apostilled bundle leaves our chambers with: original Thai document (or certified true copy), certified ดัตช์ (Beëdigde Vertaling) translation on letterhead with translator's signature and stamp, Notary Public seal certifying the translator's signature, MFA legalization on the translation (and original where required), and a numbered certificate of accuracy. This is the exact stack Netherlands consulates, civil registries and the receiving authority routinely accept.

Working tips for Netherlands-bound clients — Send the sharpest scan you can (300 dpi or better, all four corners visible). Tell us the receiving authority by name so we can pick the correct certification template. Allow 7 วันทำการ for the full chain. If you need an apostilled hard-copy delivered overseas, request DHL on intake and we will bundle the courier into the quote.
