How do I apostille a Thai Court Judgment / Order for Serbia?
NAATI Thailand handles the full Thai-Apostille workflow for the Court Judgment / Order destined for Serbia 🇷🇸: (1) certified translation by a registered translator into เซอร์เบีย, (2) Notary Public certification of the translator's signature, (3) MFA legalization at the Department of Consular Affairs (Chaeng Watthana). Thailand deposited its instrument of accession to the Hague Apostille Convention on 30 June 2026, with entry into force for Thailand on 28 February 2027, until then, embassy legalisation may still be required for Serbia — confirm the current chain with the receiving authority. Package quoted on request, turnaround 10–14 วันทำการ. Scan-first via LINE @NAATI from anywhere in Thailand or overseas.

Court Judgment / Order Apostille for Serbia — end-to-end workflow
NAATI Thailand operates a dedicated Apostille desk for the Thai Court Judgment / Order (issued by Court of Justice), with end-to-end delivery to Serbia 🇷🇸. We translate, notarise and walk the file through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at Chaeng Watthana under one job number — the workflow most consulates, universities and immigration officers in Serbia expect to see.
Why Apostille (not Embassy Legalisation) for Serbia — Thailand deposited its instrument of accession to the Hague Apostille Convention on 30 June 2026, with entry into force for Thailand on 28 February 2027. Serbia is a Hague member, which means a single Thai MFA legalization stamp replaces the previous Embassy-of-Serbia legalisation step. The chain is shorter, the cost is lower, and the apostille is internationally verifiable from a register number.
Certified translation requirement — Receiving authorities in Serbia require the Court Judgment / Order in เซอร์เบีย. The translation must be performed by a Sudski tumac + Apostille. We allocate the job to a senior translator with at least 8 years of certified-translation experience; the file is bilingually proofread by a second linguist before notarisation.
Document preparation before MFA — คำพิพากษาตราครุฑจากศาล + แปล + Notary. บางประเทศต้อง legalisation เพิ่มแม้ Apostille ผ่านแล้ว. We confirm the romanised spelling of your name against your passport bio-page in writing before drafting, so the apostilled translation matches every other Serbia-side filing (visa, civil registry, university, professional council).
Typical use cases in Serbia — บังคับคดีต่างประเทศ; หย่าศาล; พินัยกรรม; Marriage Registration; Spouse Visa; Student Visa. We have routed Court Judgment / Order apostille files to Serbia for partner / family visas, study, work permits, marriage registration, citizenship by descent, civil-status updates, and corporate / banking matters.
Why receiving authorities accept our package — Each apostilled bundle leaves our chambers with: original Thai document (or certified true copy), certified เซอร์เบีย translation on letterhead with translator's signature and stamp, Notary Public seal certifying the translator's signature, MFA legalization on the translation (and original where required), and a numbered certificate of accuracy. This is the exact stack Serbia consulates, civil registries and the receiving authority routinely accept.
Working tips for Serbia-bound clients — Send the sharpest scan you can (300 dpi or better, all four corners visible). Tell us the receiving authority by name so we can pick the correct certification template. Allow 10–14 วันทำการ for the full chain. If you need an apostilled hard-copy delivered overseas, request DHL on intake and we will bundle the courier into the quote.
