Thai software engineers submitting to ACS must prove both an ICT-major degree and relevant employment. Every Thai-language artefact (transcript, employment reference letter, payslip, tax withholding form PND-1 ก.) must be NAATI-translated and the originals certified True Copy by a Notary Public.

Which NAATI level does ACS accept?
ACS accepts NAATI Certified Translator and above only; Recognised is not accepted, and every page must be translated (no summaries).
Do all payslips need notarisation?
Notarise at least 3 payslips per employer as True Copy; retain the rest as reserve evidence in case ACS requests more.
Can I file RPL without an ICT degree?
Yes — submit Key Areas of Knowledge plus two 2,000-word project reports. NAATI does not translate the RPL narrative itself but must translate all supporting evidence.
Does pre-graduation experience count?
Only after the skill-acquisition deduction (2 years ICT major, 4 minor, 6 non-ICT). Experience beyond that period earns Skilled Migration points.
Which ANZSCO fits Full-stack Developer?
It typically maps to 261312 Developer Programmer or 261313 Software Engineer depending on tech stack. A notarised task-mapping letter is recommended.
