What is a Notarized US Financial Document Notarization in Thailand?
A notarized US Financial Document Notarization in Thailand is a private legal instrument signed before a Notarial Services Attorney — a Thai-licensed lawyer registered with the Lawyers Council of Thailand under the Notarial Services Attorney Regulation B.E. 2546 (2003). Unlike civil-law countries that use government notaries, Thailand delegates notarial functions to specially trained attorneys, whose seal and signature are recognised by Thai authorities, foreign embassies, and apostille-issuing offices around the world.

Whether you are submitting paperwork to Vanguard, Fidelity, Schwab, Ameriprise, Edward Jones, Merrill Lynch, TIAA, John Hancock, the notarial seal is the single piece of evidence that proves your signature is genuine, that you appeared in person, and that you understood the document's contents at the time of signing. Without this seal, foreign authorities will reject your file outright.
