How do I arrange NAATI certified translation for a degree certificate for an onshore visa extension in Australia, and how long does it take?

Here is how NAATI Thailand handles this: Fee is quoted on request, depending on page count and complexity of degree. Transparent quote upfront, with VAT receipts available for corporate accounts. Base quoted on request per standard page; multi-document bundles and corporate accounts quoted upfront.
