Step 1: Send your draft requirements via LINE @NAATI or email contact@naati.ltd, specifying the destination authority and the transactions the document must authorise. Step 2: Our paralegal team drafts the Affidavit / Statutory Declaration in the format required by the receiving authority within four business hours and sends it for your review. Step 3: Schedule the signature ceremony at our Lat Phrao 95 chambers or arrange Mobile Notary service to your home, hotel, or office. Step 4: The notarial attorney verifies your passport, witnesses your signature in person, and applies the official notarial seal and three-layer authentication stamp. Step 5: If your destination country requires apostille or embassy legalisation, we forward the document to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (1–3 business days) and the relevant embassy, then return the bundle to you by EMS or DHL.
From document drafting to final notarial certification, the standard turnaround in Thailand (nationwide) is 1-2 วันทำการ. Mobile notarisation — where our attorney travels to your home, hotel, condominium, or office — is available 24/7 with a service fee quoted on request within the inner-Bangkok zone and scaling to quoted on request for outer districts and provincial trips. The base notarial fee for a Affidavit / Statutory Declaration is price on request, and this includes the attorney's appearance, the notarial certificate in English, ribbon-and-eyelet binding, and a digitally signed PDF copy delivered by email within four hours of completion.
For clients planning to use the document outside Thailand, we coordinate the downstream MFA (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) legalisation at Chaeng Watthana — typically 1 to 3 business days — and, where required, the destination embassy's authentication. Our end-to-end "Notary → MFA → Embassy → Courier" package eliminates queue time entirely; you simply approve the draft, attend the signature ceremony in Thailand (nationwide), and receive the fully executed bundle by EMS, Kerry, or DHL anywhere in the world.
