Protest of Negotiable Instruments / Bill of Exchange Protest in Thailand

A notarized Protest of Negotiable Instruments / Bill of Exchange Protest in Thailand is a private legal instrument signed before a Notarial Services Attorney — a Thai-licensed lawyer registered with the Lawyers Council of Thailand under the Notarial Services Attorney Regulation B.E. 2546 (2003). Unlike civil-law countries that use government notaries, Thailand delegates notarial functions to specially trained attorneys, whose seal and signature are recognised by Thai authorities, foreign embassies, and apostille-issuing offices around the world.

For ผู้ทรงตั๋วเงิน/เช็คที่ถูกปฏิเสธชำระ; ธนาคารระหว่างประเทศ; trade finance, a properly executed Protest of Negotiable Instruments / Bill of Exchange Protest is the gateway document to nearly every cross-border transaction. Without this seal, foreign authorities will reject your file outright.
